SUBSCRIBING TO ALERTS

How do I subscribe for NHL® Mobile Video Alerts?
1. Enter your mobile number and select your handset on the Web site.
2. Select your favorite team and click Submit.
3. Confirm your subscription by entering the PIN, sent to you by SMS message, in the space provided.
4. Once you’ve entered the correct pin, we’ll send you a text message confirming your subscription to NHL® Mobile Video Alerts.
How am I billed?
All charges incurred are billed directly on your Verizon Wireless bill.
Why is it necessary to enter my cell number on the site?
If you are asked to enter your cell phone number on the site, it’s because we need the number in order to initiate the subscription process and to have you authorize the registration. We respect your privacy. Your cell phone number will not be sold to third parties and you will not receive unsolicited communication. For more information, do not hesitate to refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Who is able to access the NHL® Mobile Video Alerts?
Only Verizon Wireless subscribers are able to register for NHL® Mobile Video Alerts.

OBTAINING A PIN

When do I get a PIN number?
The PIN number will be sent to you the first time you register for an NHL® Mobile Video Alert. The PIN number will be sent to you by text message once you provide your cell phone number and select your handset.
Why do I need a PIN number?
A PIN number is required to register for an NHL® Mobile Video Alert.
I received a PIN number but have lost or forgotten it. What can I do?
If you forget your pin, click on the “Forgot Password” link, and follow the instructions to have your PIN number re-sent to your cell phone by text message. We highly recommend you write down your PIN number and store it in a safe place.

SUBSCRIBING TO THE SITE

What subscription plan(s) do you offer and how much do they cost?
Verizon Wireless subscribers can register for NHL® Mobile Video Alerts at $2.99 per team per month to receive one video alert per period of the key goal scored during that period by either team. You will receive one extra alert if the game continues into overtime or a shootout (maximum of 4 alerts per game).

Subject to the Terms & Conditions
Should I receive any alerts if no goals are scored during a period?
No, you will only receive an NHL® Mobile Video Alert if a goal is scored during the period or overtime/shootouts.
How can I cancel my subscription plan?
You can cancel your subscription plan at anytime in any of the following ways:
1. From your cell phone handset, send us a text message with the word "STOP" to 7825.
2. Email us at help@mynhlmobile.com with your name, cell phone number, name of your subscription plan and a request to terminate your subscription.
3. Call us at 1-877-247-3866 and a representative will help you with your cancellation.
